Discussions on Tim Cone’s departure is trending on Twitter as of this writing.

“Can’t imagine the team (Alaska) without him at the helm”
“Can’t believe Tim Cone isn’t head coach of the Alaska aces anymore. He’s as iconic as that lil blonde boy on the can.”
“Tim Cone is as staple to Alaska as that kid in the Alaska label. Who knows? Maybe Coach Tim is that kid in the label”
“Tim Cone goes to UP. Now that’s wild”

And there were twitter nuisance too who posted something like this: “Tim Cone Salma Hayek’s latest s*x scandal” “Tim Cone Kim Kardashian got naked photo on pool”

Oh Boy! Honestly, I can’t imagine Tim Cone coaching another PBA team. It’s like he and Alaska are one. Look at him and Fred Uytengsu. They look like brothers. I must admit thought that I am more of a Cone fan rather than an Alaska fan. Hopefully Spoelstra will hire him as a Heat Assistant. Who knows? Or maybe he’ll coach UP rather than DLSU. Tim Cone is not retiring from coaching yet.
