Boston Celtics vs Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA 2009 Eastern Conference Finals! The conference semifinals is not yet over as of this writing. But my NBA playoffs prediction is a Cleveland vs Boston in the East. I have not really watched NBA games for the longest time, but I can’t escape reading news about games updates.
